Oh Lugar….what can I say? Named for the “spot” of darker pigment on his head. He is another of our young boys. Intense, exceptionally birdy and MISCHIEVOUS! He is a busier boy, much like his sire Jake was when he was a pup. Keep your eye out for this young boy!
